  • Overview

    BRTRC is looking for a Management Analyst 3 who is experienced with technical programs to fulfill duties in support of SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic) Land Systems Integration (LSI) Division customer requirements. 

    Responsibilities

    The Management Analyst 3 will lead program Quality Control efforts to include development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Testing Criteria, Corrective Action Systems, Program Monitoring Approach (e.g. PERT, CPM, EVM), Analysis of Programs Health, Data Collection and Analysis, Cost Estimates, and Program Status Reports. It will be his/her responsibility to:

    • Conduct contract analysis and propose solutions to any problems that arise based on this analysis.
    • Perform all quality control inspections necessary in the performance of the various tasks as assigned and identified in the contractor QAP or by the respective WBS, POA&M, or quality system/QMS documentation.
    • Review incoming receipt inspection records and first article inspection records
    • Prepare Certificates of Conformance based on detailed sampling inspection records based upon MIL-STD-1916 (Verification Level III) Quality Measurement and Analysis metrics/data

    Qualifications

    • DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain (Clearance preferred)
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information

      Systems, or Business.

      ExperienceSix (6) years of Contract Management experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Development of Testing Criteria, Development of Corrective Action Systems, Development of Program Monitoring Approach (e.g. PERT, CPM, EVM), Analysis of Programs Health, Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, and Development of Program Status Reports. Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures
