    BRTRC Federal Solutions is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Logistics Operations Lead for an onsite position at Fort Bliss, Texas, White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico, and the local travel area.  Travel to other performance locations CONUS and OCONUS may be required.


    • The Logistics Operations Lead will conduct high-level planning and analysis of test objectives while balancing current priorities for the MEAD
    • The Lead will oversee and coordinate a team of Logistics Technicians, Material Coordinators, and Logistics Planners in the execution of tasks for current and future operations
    • The Lead will ensure documentation and coordination on all original issue and follow-on issue of integrated system components requested for the established build
    • The Lead will interface with the Government to allocate resources to major exercise activities and discuss relevant information, priorities, constraints, and updates to all key stakeholders for SoS planning and sustainment
    • The Lead will ensure regularly scheduled cyclic inventories of both vendor and OCSE provided standard and non-standard equipment under the control of the warehouse
    • The Lead ensures technicians initiate, sign, and maintain DA Form 2062s, DA Form 1149s, DA Form 3964s, and DD Form 1348s related to the receipt or issue of equipment under various scenarios.
    • The Lead provides logistics operational and technical input into Fragmentary Orders (FRAGO), and CONOPs (Concept of Operations).
    • The Lead ensures technicians monitor the exchange and accountability of equipment with assigned database management personnel to ensure accuracy and completeness of Build of Materials (BOM)
    • The Lead will participate in the Army system of systems network operations planning and design reviews
    • The Lead ensures Material Coordinators deliver material to remote field locations to include acting as a CLASSIFIED courier when assigned


    • A Master's degree in a specialized field plus a minimum of 1 year of applicable experience, or a bachelor's degree in the specialized field plus 7 years of applicable experience; or, a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 9 years of specialized experience. 
    • Must possess proven skills in planning, preparing, developing and coordinating logistics and sustainment plans, while executing and evaluating mission parameters.
    • This job requires a senior level of proficiency to apply significant job related experience.
    • Current DoD security clearance is required.

    Military logistics training (92Y) and experience preferred.
