  • Overview

    BRTRC Federal Solutions is seeking a Senior Military Analyst/Planner for an onsite position at Fort Bliss, Texas; White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico, and the local travel area. Travel to other performance locations within CONUS and OCONUS may be required.


    • Independently plans and accomplishes complete projects or studies of broad scope and complexity; complexity of assignments typically requires considerable creativity and judgment to devise approaches to accomplish work, resolve design and operational problems, and make decisions in situations where analysis and planning methods, procedures, and techniques are not well-defined.
    • Provides analytical and technical support to government provided projects involving schedule, training, operational/tactical scenario development, Army C4ISR systems, testing and evaluation.
    • Represents company on program meetings with the Government; independently provide expert input to discussion and solution.
    • Possess proven skills in planning, preparing, developing and coordinating operational and production plans, while executing and evaluating program/mission performance.
    • Plan, organize, evaluate organizational programs/missions for effectiveness and efficiency, and recommend viable solutions and courses of action regarding operational issues in all functional areas.
    • Provide technical expertise to the Horseblanket and Transport Design (TD) analysis, development, coordination, and refinement.
    • Brief Government officials on Network Integration constraints and limitations and identify work-around or other solutions that will enable affected systems to participate in the NIE/JWA.
    • Participate in Army system of Systems network operations planning and design reviews.
    • Provides operational and technical input into Fragmentary Orders (FRAGO), and CONOPs (Concept of Operations).
    • Completed work is reviewed for compliance with overall project objectives.
    • Travel required for planning conferences and exercise support both CONUS and OCONUS.


    • Current DoD Secret security clearance
    • Experience in working with high ranking Government/Military officials and personnel is preferred
