  • Overview

    BRTRC Federal Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for Program Management I/Business Operations Specialist I positions to manage or direct one or more C-RAM program support service organizations to document processes and provide continuous improvement of operations.  


    Plans, organizes, evaluates organizational programs/missions for effectiveness and efficiency and recommend viable solutions and courses of action regarding operational issues in all functional areas.

    • Provides analytical and technical support to government provided projects involving schedule, training, operational/tactical scenario development, Army C4ISR systems, testing and evaluation.
    • Possess proven skills in planning, preparing, developing and coordinating operational and production plans, while executing and evaluating program/mission performance.
    • Briefs Government officials on constraints and limitations and identifies courses of action and solutions that will enable system operations.
    • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • May lead and direct the work of others.


    • Formal technical training and at least 6 years of experience in DoD operations, concepts, and procedures with an understanding of maintenance techniques. 
    • Preferred qualification is Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience
    • Candidate must have US military service (any branch) or equivalent contracting experience.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Knowledge of selected computer applications (ex: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • CONUS travel required for meetings and planning conferences.
    • DoD security clearance
