    BRTRC Federal Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst/Finance Analyst, responsible for a full range of program and financial management activities supporting the five-year defense programming, budget formulation, execution, and financial reconciliation. Highly qualified Candidates would have active Roles in GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System), otherwise candidates will be required to obtain and account for and use GFEBS. This position will be located near College Park, Maryland.   

    Responsibilities

    Major duties include, but are not limited to:



    • Support for the management, allocation, and execution of multiple fiscal appropriations enabling unit operations, training, travel, civilian pay, and supply

    • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of financial obligations, commitments, and expenditures using Army accounting systems and in accordance with Army policies and procedures

    • Support for Government Travel Card and Government Purchase Card programs to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

    • Support for Developing and preparing unit Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBES) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions to higher headquarters

    • Support for the creation of Sales Orders and run Business intelligence reports

    • Support for the creation of Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) Fillable

    • Support the tracking track of the in/out bound funding documents

    • Support the creation of Standard Procurement System Purchase Requisitions (SPS PR) Purchase Requests Fillable PDFs and assist with Administrative Support to update information before entering into GFEBS.

    • Support ADHOC requests for information by providing analysis, research, consolidation, and report development of information derived from multiple sources.

    • Develop and create Checklists to track actions during the intake process.

    • Support the creation of documents for incoming financial transaction action

    Qualifications


    • Ability to obtain & maintain DoD security clearance

    • Knowledge and understanding of DoD PPBES Process

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting

    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite with demonstrated experience.(Intermediate to advanced excel use is preferred)

    • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively convey information across all organizational levels.
