    BRTRC Federal Solutions is seeking a Travel Coordinator to provide support to our government customer in Crystal City. 

    The ideal candidate will be ambitious, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and deadline-driven with a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task.


    • Highly expereinced in DTS (Defense Travel System)
    • Manage the contract travel account for a high volume of travel plans -- administer travel booking system, document and reconcile travel expenses
    • Receive, process, and verify all travel-related expenses and generate invoices
    • Generate reports breaking down expenses into contract-specified subgroups
    • Track contract year budget, actual costs to date, and anticipated future costs
    • Coordinate government approval prior to incurring travel costs
    • Support bi-weekly billing periods


    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 5 years’ experience with tracking expenses, analyzing travel information, and maintaining vendor relationships
    • Superb communication skills and attention to detail
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Current DoD security clearance is required
