Required skills include:
Schedule, coordinate, and attend decision gate acquisition review meetings.
Take meeting minutes/notes for record and disseminate as required.
Prepare Army correspondence as required.
Prepare reports as required.
Prepare briefing slides for DG meetings and other presentations.
Provide acquisition review electronic and hardcopy file management.
Assist in the editing and promulgation of DG and DHA equivalent processes, directives, policies and guidance
Monitoring progress and ensuring that the projects are on time and on budget while ensuring quality.
Manage Special Projects as assigned to meet deliverables expectations of MRMC Leadership.
Perform other related services as needed
Manage Standard Operating Procedure processes.
Support document and decision staffing through senior leadership.
Create and maintain personnel rosters and organizational charts.
Providing logistical support for various presentations and meetings. Activities include but are not limited to scheduling, coordinating meeting rooms and supplies, developing workshop manuals, tracking attendance, and coordinating audio-visual support.
Provide administrative support required to facilitate the provision of IPT, Leadership, and Process Support.
Initiating, coordinating, and performing cross-functional writing projects. This includes but is not limited to:
-Reviewing medical research documents and translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms for
non- medical professionals
-Writing/developing meeting minutes and various other official documents in IAW AR 25-50, MEDCOM, USAMRMC, and DHA standards.
-Delivering error free documents under tight timelines
-Staffing various documents to USAMRMC/DHA senior leadership for approval.
-Reviewing/editing various documents for correct and sufficient content, accuracy, understanding, and for format, grammar and syntax
Creating and planning the layout and content of documents and templates
Development and distribution of read ahead materials for various meetings.
Collecting, analyzing and managing large amounts of data
Perform other administrative activities as needed, such as answering telephones, maintaining files, and scheduling various meetings.
Familiarity or a fundamental understanding of DoD 5000 and MRMC is desired but not required
Responsible for the execution of sub-contract and deliverables; includes managing relationship with Prime contractor, providing contract deliverables, and tracking funding burn rate.
Utilize MS Office Suite products.
Experience in personnel supervision and relations, and related aspects of business operations and project management representing the interest of the customer.
