    BRTRC Federal Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support multiple programs throughout Detroit Arsenal as well as other major markets as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate as a member of the senior management team
    • Develop and manage the execution of a Stakeholder Management Plan capturing all internal and external stakeholders based on Defense Acquisition University (DAU) ACQ450, Leading in the Acquisition Environment
    • Identify, qualify and capture new opportunities in the Detroit Arsenal community
    • Provide management and oversight to existing personnel to ensure contract requirements are met
    • Create and build client relationships with current and new customers
    • Coordinate, identify and manage key subcontractors 
    • Provide status and management reporting to Senior Management
    • Coordinate with project PMs and technical staff
    • Up to 25% Travel required

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor's degree in Business Management plus 3 years of acquisition experience; or, a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 5 years of specialized program management operations experience
    • Experience in writing, managing and staffing five or more ACAT ID milestone documents through the approval process to ensure DoD 5000 series and USC Title 10 compliance , schedule, and performance of ACAT ID-II government programs
    • DAU Level 3 Certified in Program Management; or DAU Level 3 Certified in Logistics or Engineering; or DAU Level 3 Certified in any other acquisition career field
    • Extensive Federal contracting experience supporting the US Army
    • Experience developing training documents and training students on the staffing and approval process of Milestone Documents
    • Experience preparing Acquisition board briefing package or Integrated Product Team (IPT) briefing package
    • Experience in developing Business Case Analysis and multi-year proposal documentation for more than one program
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable developing, preparing and presenting briefings for customers and executive management
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance; current clearance preferred
