    BRTRC is looking for a Program Manager who is experienced with technical programs, especially those pertaining to C4ISR, to lead a cohesive team on multiple projects for who has demonstrated superior skills in C4ISR and leadership capabilities to fulfill duties in support of SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic), Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) and Medium Mine Protected Vehicle (MMPV) Program Support Integrated Product Team (IPT). This position will require some level of travel.

    Responsibilities

    The Program Manager will oversee over 100 staff members on multiple projects within a technical contract with the United States Marine Corps. He/she will lead government (USMC/USN) interactions on status reports, updates, questions, and concerns in regards to the contract. It will be his/her responsibility to maintain contract analysis and propose solutions to any problems that arise based on this analysis. Leading meetings with staff and client personnel in regards to the program or projects will occur regularly. Overall he/she will manage and advise on all steps of the projects including planning, implementation, analysis, and monitoring.

    Qualifications

    • DoD clearance or ability to obtain (Clearance preferred)
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information

      Systems, or Business.

      Experience: Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of relevant technical field, to include:

      Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.

    • Eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.

    • Five (5) years as manager of task specific project.

    • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

    • Note: Experience may be concurrent.
