  • Overview

    BRTRC Federal Solutions, a growing government contractor, is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Acquisition Analyst.  Customer is located at Selfridge ANGB, MI; if not local, candidate must travel as needed to Michigan.  Candidate must have a current secret clearance or ability to obtain one.



    • Develop and manage the execution of a Stakeholder Management Plan capturing all internal and external JPO JLTV stakeholders
    • Provide guidance for the PM office and PEO staff on overarching issues which impact the systems and components managed by JPO JLTV, provide strategic program management support, assist in expediting the milestone documentation approval process, and be a liaison between Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)), OSD, the user, and the material developer
    • Develop FRP documentation, Business Case Analyses, and multi –year proposal documentation
    • Manage timelines associated with milestone document reviews and approvals
    • Schedule internal document reviews and staffing plans with document owners
    • Provide updates to leadership on issues impacting document creation, document maintenance, and document approval


    • DAU Level 3 Certified in Program Management, or equivalent experience (DAU Level 3 Certified in Logistics or Engineering)
    • Writing, managing and staffing multiple ACAT ID milestone documents through the approval process to ensure DoD 5000 series and USC Title 10 compliance
    • Documenting and training others on the staffing and approval process for Army milestone document
    • Preparing Defense Acquisition Board (DAB) or Oversight Integrated Product Team (OIPT) briefing packaging
    • Developing Business Case Analysis and multi-year proposal documentation for multiple programs.
