Overview

BRTRC Federal Solutions is seeking a part-time Office Manager to provide support to our Corporate office location in Vienna (Tysons,) Virginia.    

 

The selected candidate will provide efficient operations and office administration, assist with front desk responsibilities, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.   

Qualifications

  • High school graduate with prior office management and/or front desk experience
  • Polished and professional appearance
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic, organized, detailed-oriented hard-working team player
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to be responsive and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Exceptional ability to interface with both internal and external customers and across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours
