    BRTRC Federal Solutions is seeking qualified candidates, with an active DoD Secret security clearance, for a Project Manager position for C4ISR and systems engineering oversight at the Central Technical Support Facility (CTSF), Ft. Hood, Texas. 


    The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of US Government contracting, contract types and procurement processes. Candidate must be team-oriented and demonstrate strong reasoning and communications skills, both oral and written. 


    Serve as the PM who is the overall on-site manager for this contract and shall serve as the authorized point of contact with the Contracting Officer and COR. The PM provides overall management of the program for project cost, personnel, planning, scheduling, quality control, direction, and coordination necessary to assure effective contract performance.  The PM shall attend and participate in quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMR), as well as scheduled and unscheduled meetings at the CTSF.  The PM shall have full authority to act for the contractor on matters relating to the daily operation of this effort.  The PM shall have experience in management of DoD programs.  Emphasis should be in the fields of C4ISR. 


    Responsible for developing, maintaining and executing project efforts at multiple locations. Knowledge of DoD processes including DoD 5000. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills. Timely delivery of cost-effective solutions and deliverables. Task prioritization, planning, staffing, scheduling, and conflict resolution. Proficiency with Microsoft tools (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook and Excel). Ability to prepare and present informal and formal briefings. Problem solver, take charge leader/facilitator. Active DoD Secret security clearance.


    Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, math, or a related technical/scientific field, with a minimum of ten (10) years of cumulative experience. At least fifty (50) percent of this Experience must be current within the last seven (7) years.


    Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level II or III in Project Management desired.
